Crumble is a fantastic student run magazine the explores the boundaries and blurs those boundaries between disciplines. Lead with an architecture base, Crumble has had contributions from multiple backgrounds proving that a collective view is needed when approaching modern day issues and advancements.
This issue is centred around the themes of conflict and resolution. From articles about Northern Ireland’s peace walls, to reconciliation in Rwanda, Crumble is a fantastic overview of various topics and how those worlds and ideas can collide in phenomenal ways.
Crumble represents what we need most in our world. A team of people who are passionate and considerate. As a designer myself, I believe that being an expert generalist is quite possibly the best way to go. A little bit of knowledge about a lot of things can really start the conversation and that conversation continues when experts are brought on board to take things further. A true collective.
